Two handfuls of spinach
2 cups of oats
1 large banana
2 tsp. Habitual matcha
1 cup water (more if necessary)
Blend in a high powered blender and cook on an oiled pan like regular pancake batter. Serve with some maple syrup for extra sweetness.
