Coconut Cream Matcha Balls


Coconut Cream Matcha balls! An energizing medley of matcha, cashews, oats and coconut, rolled in hemp seeds & coconut flakes. Add this to your Sunday food prep to have on hand for the week to keep the vibes high. Your taste buds will thank us (they are really, really good). Recipe 👇🏻✨

1 tbls. matcha
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup raw cashew
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbls. maple syrup
2 tbls. hempseeds

Add all to a small food processor and pulse until a dough like consistency. Use a cookie scoop to help form balls. Roll in hemp seeds and coconut flakes. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week (if they last that long). Makes 8 large balls.
